Window Sills — Call Ahead for Pickup

We strive to maintain at least five sticks of each of our three standard White window sill styles daily.

Because inventory changes throughout the day, some products may already be reserved for other customers or awaiting a new production batch.

Please call us around 9:00 AM before making the trip so we can confirm your preferred style, quantity, and pickup availability.

All window sills are sold by the full-length stick, with no custom cutting. Grey Vein Tip is available by special request for Flat Sills only.

Bathroom Accessories — Approximately 1–2 Weeks

Accessories may be ready sooner depending on availability and production schedules.

Custom Cultured Marble Products — Approximately 3–4 Weeks

Tubs, shower bases, vanity tops, and wall panels are handcrafted to your specifications. Larger orders may require additional time.

Production times are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.

Final Confirmation Before Manufacturing

Before we begin pouring or manufacturing your custom product, our team will contact you again to confirm your exact measurements and ensure no changes are needed.

Final specifications must be approved before production begins.

Custom Orders & Refund Policy

Because each custom product is manufactured specifically for your project, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Custom-made products are final sale after approved production begins. Refunds are not available for customer measurement errors or changes of mind, except as required by law or for qualifying product defects.
